House Rules

A self-service gym only works as well as we all treat it. This is the minimum that applies to everyone.

Effective from: 30 August 2026

1. Entry

  • You enter with a single-use code valid for your slot.
  • Only the number of people covered by the paid booking may be inside.
  • A slot lasts 75 minutes including changing and tidying up. Leave on time — someone comes right after you.
  • Check the door is closed when you leave.

2. Health and safety

  • You train at your own risk and confirm you are medically fit.
  • Do not enter under the influence of alcohol or other substances.
  • Do not enter with an infectious illness.
  • In case of injury call 155 and let us know at hejhou@overdoze.pro.
  • The first aid kit is at the marked spot near the entrance.

3. Using the equipment

  • Use equipment only for its intended purpose.
  • Use collars for heavy lifts and lower the bar under control.
  • Return plates and dumbbells to their place after each set.
  • Do not use damaged equipment and report it to us by e-mail.

4. Hygiene and tidiness

  • Train in clean indoor sports shoes.
  • Use a towel on benches and machines.
  • Wipe down sweaty surfaces with the disinfectant provided.
  • Bin your rubbish and take your containers with you.

5. Behaviour in the space

  • The gym is unstaffed — treat it as your own.
  • Music is fine; respect night-time quiet and the neighbours.
  • Photos and video are fine as long as no one else is in frame without their consent.
  • No animals in the space.

6. Liability and belongings

We are liable for stored items only to the statutory extent. Do not leave valuables unattended. Damage to equipment caused by breaching these rules must be compensated.

7. Minors

People aged 15 to 18 may train only with a legal guardian's consent. People under 15 may not enter.
