Terms and Conditions

1. Operator

Services are provided by OVERDOZE.gym s.r.o., Company ID 23075333, VAT ID CZ23075333, registered office Dlouhá 4309, 760 01 Zlín, Czech Republic; registered with the Regional Court in Brno, section C, file 144200 (18 March 2025). Contact e-mail hejhou@overdoze.pro.

Venue: Dlouhá 4309, 760 01 Zlín, Czech Republic.

2. What you are buying

Short-term use of the entire self-service gym for 75 minutes for 1 to 4 people (a "slot"). Entry is by single-use code; the venue is unstaffed.

3. Forming the contract

• You pick a date and the number of people.
• The booking is held for 15 minutes while you complete payment.
• The contract is formed on payment or on confirmation by the operator.
• After successful payment, the access code appears on the booking confirmation page.

4. Prices and payment

• Prices published in the price list at the time of ordering apply.
• Prices are in Czech koruna, include VAT and are final.
• Payment is by card through a payment gateway, or another published method.
• You can request a tax document at hejhou@overdoze.pro.

5. Single entry and coaching

This website sells a single entry to the whole gym for the number of people you select. Coaching consultations and sessions are arranged separately.

6. Changes and cancellation

• You can cancel or move a booking free of charge at least 24 hours before the slot starts; we refund or transfer the amount.
• For later cancellations or no-shows the payment is forfeited.
• If we cannot provide the slot for reasons on our side, we offer an alternative date or a full refund.

7. Withdrawal from the contract

A slot booking is a leisure-service contract with a specified performance date. Under Section 1837(j) of the Czech Civil Code consumers have no statutory 14-day right of withdrawal. Beyond the law we grant the cancellation terms in section 6.

8. Access code and entry rules

• The code is valid only for your slot and only for you and the people you bring.
• You must not share the code. Misuse may lead to cancellation without refund and a claim for damages.
• Only the number of people covered by the paid booking may enter.
• The house rules form an integral part of these terms.

9. Age limit

Only people aged 18+ may order and use the service independently. People aged 15 to 18 may train only with written consent from a legal guardian. Entry is not possible below the age of 15.

10. Liability

You train at your own risk and confirm you are medically fit. We are liable for damage caused by breaching our obligations; we are not liable for damage caused by ignoring the house rules, by incorrect training technique, or for stored items beyond the statutory scope.

11. Complaints

Report service defects without undue delay to hejhou@overdoze.pro. We handle complaints within 30 days and state the reason if a complaint is rejected.

12. Dispute resolution

Consumers may turn to the out-of-court dispute resolution body: Czech Trade Inspection Authority, Štěpánská 44, 110 00 Prague 1, www.coi.cz (ADR), ODR platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

These terms are governed by Czech law. Mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence remain unaffected.

13. Final provisions

We may amend these terms. Orders already placed are governed by the version in force at the time of ordering. The current version is always on this page.
